Our story
A Legacy in Every Cup
從 1922 年開始，李家與茶相伴至今。從南投松柏嶺的茶園，到嘉義梅山的高山茶區，再到高雄的茶店，數代人以不同的方式投入茶樹、製茶與茶文化。歲月更迭，對臺灣茶的熱愛與講究，始終延續。1922年より、李家は茶とともに歩んできました。南投・松柏嶺の茶園から、嘉義・梅山の高山茶産地、そして高雄の茶店へ。幾世代にもわたり、それぞれの形で茶樹の栽培、製茶、そして茶文化に携わってきました。時代が移り変わっても、台湾茶への想いと、茶づくりへのこだわりは、今も受け継がれています。Since 1922, tea has been an enduring part of the Lee family’s story. From the tea gardens of Songboling in Nantou, to the high-mountain tea-growing region of Meishan in Chiayi, and finally to our tea house in Kaohsiung, generations of the family have devoted themselves to tea cultivation, craftsmanship, and tea culture in their own ways. Times may change, but our passion for Taiwanese tea and our dedication to its craft remain.
